Skilled Nursing Centers
Skilled Nursing Centers have licensed nurses and/or therapists who work daily with patients, providing round-the-clock nursing care. The goal is to facilitate a return to the patient's highest level of function.

Centers for the Memory Impaired
Seven of the Skilled Nursing Centers and one Assisted Living Center operate Centers for the Memory Impaired. The Centers for the Memory Impaired provide state-of-the-art facilities that are designed to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for those with memory impairment. The staff is specially trained to understand the needs of memory-impaired residents.

Assisted Living Centers
Assisted Living Centers are ideal for people who take pride that they can still do things for themselves, yet who need some assistance with activities of daily living, such as eating, dressing, or getting around. Residents pay a simple monthly rent — no entry fee.
