Hospice Services
Grane Hospice provides a higher level of hospice care through a low patient to nurse ratio, allowing for more care time whenever needed. Aides provide additional personal care through bathing, feeding and dressing assistance. Volunteers are also available for visits, errands and companionship.
Your Spiritual Connection
If you have a spiritual affiliation, with your permission, your minister can be contacted to advise him or her that you are in the care of the hospice facility. Your minister will also be invited to communicate with an Interdisciplinary Team so that your needs will best be served.
Ministers Will
- Provide a listening ear when you are worried, afraid or just need to talk
- Address spiritual concerns
- Pray with you, read Scripture or just sit quietly
- Provide or arrange for Christian sacraments or other religious rites
- Conduct funeral or memorial services
