The program provides advanced technology and professional support, designed to enhance a patient’s quality of life through improved cardiac function. The rehabilitation team works with each patient to develop an individualized program that assists the patient in decreasing dependence on cardiac medications. The therapists also help patients learn to use support devices and develop independence with activities of daily living.
