We developed an innovative Cardiac Specialty Care Treatment Plan for patients of all ages. Our program provides the most advanced technology and professional support, designed to enhance a patient’s quality of life through improved cardiac function. Our rehabilitation team works with each patient to develop an individualized program that assists the patient in decreasing dependence on cardiac medications. Our therapists also help patients learn to use support devices, broaden their knowledge of the pacing program, and develop independence with activities of daily living.
